The Mount Lofty Rangers 4WD Club of SA undertook a ‘mini cleanup’ while touring around Beachport during the Australia Day Long Weekend. Sadly, they didn’t need to try very hard, and it certainly didn’t turn out very ‘mini’.

KESAB provided rubbish bags to club members. As they toured around the area, on the beaches and in the dunes, when they stopped, they picked up rubbish. Items varied from bottles and cans to nappies, car parts and ropes, nets, floats and tubs from fishing boats.

They couldn’t stop for all the rubbish as they would not have got to their destination.
